We use a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend that is sustainably sourced. This ensures a cleaner, longer-lasting burn without the toxins found in traditional paraffin wax.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries in the near future.
How can I maximize the burn time of my candle?
For the best experience, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the jar during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
Are Dio Candle fragrances safe for pets?
Our fragrances are phthalate-free and formulated with high-quality essential oils. While generally safe, we recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets.
